2023 Kia Forte Interior & Tech Features
Well-Equipped, Sporty Compact Car
After its redesign in 2022, the 2023 Kia Forte continues to be an attractive, sporty, and well-equipped compact sedan. Kia offers the Forte in four trims, including the affordable LX and the turbocharged GT model.
Regardless of the trim and powertrain, the Forte is loaded with innovative technology and interior features that make the compact car a real bargain – especially when compared to the competition from Honda and Toyota. You can experience the 2023 Forte at Kia of Orange Park in Jacksonville, FL, where our team can share our vehicle specials and the exceptional Kia warranty.
Interior Comfort and Tech Features
The Forte comfortably seats five thanks to the 96 cubic feet of interior volume. The 2023 Kia Forte cargo space is one of the largest in the compact car segment – the trunk has a surprisingly spacious 15.3 cubic feet of cargo space.
The entry-level LX trim has cloth upholstery with manually adjustable front seats. The 8.0-inch touchscreen includes wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, one USB port, Bluetooth, and four speakers. The LXS adds split-folding rear seats and soft-touch interior finishes.
The big changes come with the GT-Line trim level. The interior features sports seats with woven cloth and synthetic leather inserts along with a leather-wrapped steering wheel. The infotainment touchscreen measures 10.25 inches and has wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, navigation, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, HD Radio, two USB ports, and six speakers. Additional convenience features include a push-button start, keyless entry, and dual-zone automatic climate control. Shoppers will certainly notice the distinctive accents in the GT-Line model.
Many of the GT-Line features extend into the GT trim, but drivers who choose the top trim get even more. The Forte GT models with a seven-speed automatic transmission get dual-clutch paddle shifters on the leather-wrapped steering wheel. The top trim also has synthetic leather upholstery and a driver’s seat with 10-way power adjustability, heated and ventilated front seats, a Harman Kardon audio system with eight speakers, and a power sunroom.
Driver’s Assistive Technology
All Kia Forte models have Collision Avoidance Assist, Forward Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Automatic High-Beam Headlights, Driver-Attention Monitoring, Lane-Departure Warning, Lane-Keep Assist, and a Rearview Camera. Kia offers available Blind-Spot Monitoring and Rear-Cross Traffic Alert on the LXS trim.
2023 Kia Forte tech features on the GT-Line include the standard driver-assistive tech, along with available Cyclist Detection, Highway Driving Assist, and Navigation-Based Stop-and-Go Adaptive Cruise Control. The Forte GT has all of the driver-assist features plus Rear Parking Sensors.
