Staff was professional and efficient

Disappointed by both Kia of Orange Park and the one on Atlantic. Both do not and will not honor their website prices especially the prices on their corporate site morganautogroup.com. As they say it is just a price to get you in the door - sounds like bait and switch. But that might be just how the car industry is today. Atlantic locations play games. But Orange Park has Kevin Evans who I think has a problem with people of color. Also, they are not reliable; will not call you back or stand by their pricing.

Have been a customer for service for around 3 years now, since we originally bought our K5 in VA.. and have always dealt with Alex as our service advisor. Cannot say enough about how great he has been as a service advisor, from maintenance, contact, or necessary repairs. He has accommodated me numerous times where my schedule conflicted with repair availability. Highly recommend anyone to use him as a service advisor.

Was such a smooth transition. Khaled aka DJ Khaled was the best sales person. I told him all I wanted and he made it happen. Second car I’ve bought from Kia of orange park and they do no disappoint!

Just purchased a Kia K5 from Kia of Orange Park and had a fantastic experience! Ashton Brown was excellent to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He got me a great deal and made sure everything went off without a hitch.
The only area I’d suggest improvement is in the detailing department—they could take a bit more time to go over the vehicle thoroughly. The fuel filler area wasn’t cleaned, and the engine bay could’ve used some attention.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. Justin helped me find a car I wanted. At first I wasn’t happy with the payments being offered. Justin and a few other guys helped negotiate my payments. I ended up having to put an extra $1000 down but I got my payments lowered by $137. Love the vehicle! I’ll update in a few months on how the car is running. Thank you 🙂

Just wanted to share a positive experience with Service Consultant Alex Oztolaza he worked with my extended vehicle service warranty company and replaced my infotainment system on my 2020 Forte under warranty, he communicated via text when the part arrived and performed the the repair well under an hour. I’m completely satisfied, I’m glad I have someone in the service department that that I can trust. I will no longer take my car to any other Kia dealer for service, will only have my car maintenance performed at Kia of Orange park.

We worked with "Sly", Peter, and Will. They were patient and willing to work with us the whole process and beyond. Very happy with our new car (2025 Telluride).

Oil change scheduled for 2:30. I’m was told to wait in my car. I’ve been waiting in my car for 42 minutes. NOBODY has come out. Very frustrated.

Pretty good although it started late . I had a 7am appointment but garage was closed until after this and then two cars form other customers pushed in unfortunately. Service was fine although I haven’t been sent any record of what was done , just a video to say all was good. I was expecting some More detail so maybe that’s on the way or kept with the car somehow? Took around two hours and waiting room serves its purpose.

Very disappointed! Emailed back and forth a few times with their Sales Manager Ian who flat out lied to me. I asked about a specific Kia Seltos that was listed on Autotrader. Upon arrival all was well until I was escorted to look at vehicles that I didn't ask about. I was then told that the Seltos was unavailable. This is a Bait-and-Switch and absolutely unacceptable. I told him he lied to me and left. I will never do business with such a dishonest and unprofessional dealership.

Loved getting in early and on with my busy day. Walter is a gem. He personally took care of a mark on my car that I was sure had damaged the paint. I was pleasantly surprised.

Well I can say that the experience started out rough with timing and other issues but after some communication and compromise, I was able to get my car fixed entirely. My husband states the service on his 2018 Kia Stinger was the very best he has ever received in 55+ years of dealing with auto service. Quadarrion Hackley was his service tech this past week and completely earned his respect and confidence for every aspect of the repair. He told me that if every car dealer had a Quadarrion Hackley there would never be a dissatisfied customer after getting their car serviced.

I love this place , the workers, the finance managers the salesman etc! Specifically Rawl Alan's( Big Al) and Kevin Samuels (?)and Steve the finance guy helped me through a crisis. They showed me so much grace and professionalism . There were very attentive to my needs and made it their mission to make me a happy customer! I highly recommend those specific personnel and I will always recommend people to shop with them!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Kia of Orange Park. However I find that I wish I had gone elsewhere. They tried to sell me a bunch of worthless add ons that I did not need or want. These items were designed solely to increase dealer profit and were totally unnecessary. If I had purchased these items it would have doubled the price of the car.

The service techs at Kia of Orange Park are very professional. My maintenance service is always super fast.

My car was hit by an employee while it was parked waiting to get serviced. Alex was the service representative that I spoke with and told me that they will fix it free of charge of course. However I’ve been unsuccessful getting in contact with him to set up a day to get it fixed. I’ve called multiple times and left multiple messages. I’ve had issues with my car and service department since I purchased the car last august. I wouldn’t recommend Kia to anyone. The cars are horrible and the customer service/ service members suck.

Buying a car in rainy weather is crazy but working with the guys at Kia Of Orange Park. Ian, Pete and the GSM Keltln was on point and got me into a car even with my credit score. I was afraid I would get approved but those guys put me into a nice Mitsubishi.
