What good’s a phone call if it doesn’t get you any help? Kia has a network of 17,000 roadside assistance providers to come to your rescue when you call the hotline. They can help if you’ve got a dead battery, need help changing your flat tire, or have run out of gas. Whatever little setbacks you may run into, they can help you deal with it and get back on the road.
Even if your driving mishap isn’t so little, Kia’s got your back. They will have your Kia towed to the nearest Kia dealer or an Alternative Service Location, whichever is closer, at no cost to you. And, of course, if your mishap is covered by your warranty, it will be fixed at no cost to you.
In the event of a warranty-related disablement occurring more than 150 miles from your home, Kia offers trip interruption expense benefits. That means that if you need repairs that if you are away from home and need repairs that will take more than 24 hours to complete, Kia will reimburse you for meals, lodging, or rental car expenses. This trip interruption coverage is limited to $100 per day for no more than three days per incident.
