Yesterday was my first time buying a new car from a dealership and I can honestly say I wouldn’t have done anything differently. Cori, in the service department, recommended Sanchez to help us. Sanchez was absolutely incredible!!! 10/10 recommend her. Also - shout out to KP, I’m sure he doesn’t get a lot of recognition but he definitely played a part in me getting my dream car.

I want to comment on how the entire deal was handled.
Throughout the process I was told the deal was approved, provided requested documents, returned to sign paperwork, and took delivery of the vehicle. My daughter and I were congratulated and the transaction was presented as completed. At no point was it explained that the agreement was conditional, and copies of the signed contract were not provided at signing.

This is literally the best Kia dealer in Jacksonville. I bought my Kia Stinger here back in 2019 and they gave me a pretty good trade amount for my car, more than I expected. But I lived on the other side of town and was taking my car over to the Southside dealership. Not that I didn’t have a good experience over there but it was very inconsistent. Everyone we had contact with at Kia of Orange Park was great. They all worked very well as a team providing exemplary customer service. The best part was we never had to leave our home. Everything was handled over the phone or via email. They even drove the car to us and we live 90 miles from the dealership!

We wanted a newer car for my new job. Other dealerships had used 2022-2024 for around the same price as a beautiful brand new Kia. They gave us a good trade in value and financed the rest at a great rate. The staff was very friendly & helpful! Definitely check out Kia if you want a beautiful car!

Beautiful new location. Big service and maintenance areas. Interior, waiting areas are spacious, contemporary, minimalist style with plenty of seating, numerous office spaces. Very clean (for now), convenient beverage station with coffee and bottled water. Bathrooms clean and open. Only complaint is the overzealous penny pinching….the service department charges 3% to use a credit card. Gimme a break guys.
